Loan Closet

CSNN maintains a Loan Closet of medical and recreational equipment for individuals with special needs.  CSNN is a part of an informal statewide network which allows access to a variety of special equipment for families.  To qualify for this service, a parent or caretaker of the child must be interviewed by Mary Klentzman.

The CSNN Loan Closet contains donated new and used medical equipment, supplies, and adapted play equipment to be loaned to individuals who need them, but do not have other funding options that could pay for them (like insurance or Medicaid).

If you have equipment that you are no longer using, please call the CSNN office.It could be a tremendous blessing to someone else.
