CSNN is a non-profit organization that assists families and professionals in providing services for children in Central Texas who are diagnosed with physical or psychological special needs.

Our organization offers many opportunities in which your talents can be used to help local families.

Respite Volunteer

As a Respite Volunteer, you will enjoy a fun afternoon of playing games and helping with various activities.  Respites are held in Waco, Temple, & Killeen.  Respite Volunteers will need to check in with the respite location prior to their volunteer date to complete all of the necessary paperwork for the child care facility.

Event Day Volunteer

Volunteer activities for these events include registration duties, children’s activities, and helping families with directions.  Currently, CSNN hosts two large events per year.  InKidAble Play Day is held in the Spring of each year and our InKidAble Conference is held in the Fall of each year.

Fundraising Volunteer

Volunteer activities include assisting the CSNN office staff in fundraising efforts for various CSNN activities.

CSNN is always in need of diaper donations of the following sizes: Diapers size 2-6, Girls and Boys Pull-Ups 2/3T, 3/4T, & 4/5T.

CSNN has several levels of sponsorships including our annual InKidAble sponsorship and Fundraising sponsorships.

Resource Library

CSNN continually updates their books for the most up to date literature and information to share with families.  If you have books that may be of interest to the special needs community, you can donate these items to our library.  The Resource Library’s location is 204 N. East Street, Suite F, Belton, Texas.

Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee is a group of parents, professionals, and others interested in the well-being of children with special needs.  These individuals help steer the course for our organization.  This is a wonderful fit for you if you enjoy being a part of the planning for large events.  This group also serves as a resource base for the CSNN office staff to help with information to give to families.
